Like most companies, SERP Matrix is currently utilizing telecommuting to stay safe and productive during this pandemic.
Typically, our close-knit team was stationed at our office in North Houston, but in early March, we decided to allow our team to work from their respective homes until this time of uncertainty is over. Every member of our team wants to be a part of the solution that leads to this pandemic ending as quickly as possible, and we are following all, local, state, and federal guidelines in hopes of stopping the spread and flattening the curve.
As digital marketing experts, we have a passion for technology, and in today’s world, there are more telecommuting tools now than ever. Our members are using software such as Slack, Zoom, and Skype to stay connected and on task.
We’re also using this technology to stay in close communication with our clients. In the past, we would host clientele meetings in our conference room, but because this will not be an option for the foreseeable future, we have decided to use technology to help us keep in close contact with our clientele.
